About Blockout Banner Material
Blockout banner is a kind of premium coating material. It is printable (one or two-sided), and 100% opaque for advertising display. It is made of high-strength yarn and flexible PVC, blockout banner material itself is durable, weather-resistant, fire-resistant, and flexible.
Blockout banner vinyl is suitable for all solvent/eco-solvent inkjet systems. The black inside layer provides 100% opacity to allow for printing with different contents on both sides (fold it or double-side printable). The same as other banner series, it has the capability of good ink absorption, super flexibility, super smooth surface, UV resistance, water resistance, vivid graphics, and break strength. It is typically used for pop-ups, banner stands, tradeshows, events graphics, POP, and any hanging banners or signs where banner opacity is needed.
Our products are printable with all kinds of solvent bass or eco-solvent based printers, including (not limited to) EFI, DURST, DGI, HP Latex, Roland, Mimaki, MUTON, TECHWIN, FLORA, INFINITI and etc. Flex media can meet the requirements of REACH, SGS, and B1. Max width of coated and laminated frontlit is 5.1 meters (197”).
