Order Cooperation Guidelines

Step 1 -- Inquiry

Submit your requirements via email, WhatsApp, or the inquiry form. Include product type, specs, quantity, and destination.

Step 2 -- Quotation

We provide a detailed PI (Proforma Invoice) with unit price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and shipping options within 1-2 business days.

Step 3 -- Sample & Confirmation

Samples dispatched within 5-7 days. Confirm specs, approve the golden sample, then sign the sales contract and pay deposit.

Step 4 -- Production & Delivery

Production in 10-30 days. Pre-shipment QC inspection & photos provided. Balance payment before loading. B/L issued upon full payment.

MOQ & Pricing Policy

  • Minimum order quantity varies by product -- typically 1 roll or 500 sqm for bulk media
  • Price tiers available: trial order / regular order / annual contract pricing
  • Prices quoted EXW Shanghai or FOB Shanghai by default; CIF/CFR available on request
  • Volume discounts for orders over 5,000 sqm or container-load quantities

Payment Terms

  • New clients: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment (T/T)
  • Established partners: flexible terms available including 50/50 or L/C at sight
  • Accepted: T/T Wire Transfer, Western Union, PayPal (small orders), L/C
  • Invoice currency: USD (default) · EUR · CNY available

Quality Assurance

  • Golden sample approval required before mass production begins
  • Pre-shipment inspection with photos & measurement reports provided
  • Third-party inspection (SGS / BV) supported at buyer's cost
  • Claims must be raised within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence
